A NOTE ON COMPANY NUMBERS AND PREVIOUS IDENTITIES:  The aircraft of the first batch had an array of company numbers and contract numbers,  both with the Canadian Forces and after their sale to the Netherlands.  The second batch of aircraft are all ex US Army CH-47Ds, built as CH-47As, so they have both an "as-built" company number and a modified company number.
