This page covers construction of a 6502 single board computer. This 6502 SBC was used as the processor in a Alarm system. The software was written in assembly, and burned into an EPROM. An opto isolator board was used to interface alarm switches to the SBC. The following photo shows the 6502 SBC.

This 6502 single board computer was used as the processor in an alarm system. An opto isolator card was used to interface alarm switches to the 6502 S.B.C. Click below for photos of this alarm system. The program for the alarm system was written in assembly and assembled using Cross16 from Universal Cross Assemblers. The resulting Hex file was used to program the eprom on the 6502 single board computer. The source code for this program is provided.
