How to hack a NIKKO Radio Control Hummer

Follow the hacking of the Hummer here ! As the Hummer is modified new photos and descriptions of work will be added to this page. The goal here is to insert a PIC 16F684 chip between the Pericom RC controller chip and the steering and drive motors. The Hummer can then operate as a normal RC vehicle, or as a vehicle under control of the PIC. Addition of distance sensors will make it able to avoid obstacles.
